2027 Meeting Dates

Make Sure Your IRBNet Account Information is up to Date!
We have heard from some researchers recently who have been unable to access their IRBNet accounts because they lost access to the email address listed on the account. As a reminder, if your email recently changed from an @ucdavis.edu address to an @health.ucdavis.edu address, please make sure to update the email address listed on your IRBNet account so that you do not get locked out!
To update your email address, log in to IRBNet and go to your User Profile. From there, update the email address on file to your current @health.ucdavis.edu address.

What information should I include when emailing the IRB?
If you are emailing us to ask about a specific study that has already been submitted or approved, please make sure to include the IRBNet ID number so that we can have context to answer your question. If you are still working on your initial submission or unsure if you need to submit, it’s helpful for us to know about the objectives, procedures, funding, and target population of your project.
