FAQs

Why did the IRB ask me to separate my combined modification and reportable event package?

Submitting unrelated reportable events and modifications in the same package can slow down the review process because each type of submission may require a different level of review. To prevent delays, we now ask researchers to submit unrelated reportable events and modifications as separate packages.
